Cyveillance Records 18th Consecutive Quarter of
Revenue Growth

Company Expands Management Team; Invests in Technology Innovation

ARLINGTON, VA., July 26, 2006 – Cyveillance, the leading provider of online risk monitoring and management solutions, announced today its 18th consecutive quarter of revenue growth. To maintain this momentum Cyveillance is investing in its global management team; adding Samantha Freeman as vice president of sales and Kevin Mullenex as vice president of business development.

Since the release of Cyveillance’s Intelligence Center 3.0 in January, the company has grown exponentially, adding new customers and enhancing its partner network. Two key customers include COCC and Carey International. COCC, one of the fastest growing financial data processing companies in the country, has selected Cyveillance’s Anti-Phishing service and made it available to all their clients. In June, Carey International, the global leader in ground transportation and chauffeured services, signed an agreement with Cyveillance to protect its brand in the Internet marketplace.

“Cyveillance’s continued growth and success is a testament to our employees’ dedication to delivering industry leading online risk monitoring and management services,” said Panos Anastassiadis, CEO of Cyveillance. “And with the additions of Samantha and Kevin to the Cyveillance team, we look forward to continuing this momentum and incorporating their unique skill sets to identify and capitalize on new and promising opportunities.”

As vice president of sales, Samantha Freeman is responsible for worldwide sales and will use her deep security industry expertise to expand the company’s customer base into new industries. Samantha comes to Cyveillance from her position as vice president of worldwide sales at Teros where she was integral to its acquisition by Citrix and helped Teros to grow its security solutions domestically. Samantha previously held key roles at Securant (acquired by RSA), Legato (acquired by EMC), Wall Data (acquired by Netmanage), and Digex.

In his role as vice president of business development for Cyveillance, Kevin is responsible for securing new business opportunities with strategic partners and technology providers. He is also responsible for building Cyveillance's channel and OEM sales programs. Most recently Kevin was the director of sales for the Americas for Solid Information Technology, he also has held senior management positions at various technology firms including Sun Microsystems, Pantel, Inc., 3Com, Inc., Symetricom and NET.Com.

In March, Cyveillance enhanced the Intelligence Center by launching industry leading service level agreements (SLAs) that provide unmatched security, reliability, and performance. The agreements are standard with Cyveillance Intelligence Center and include Cyveillance System Availability, Cyveillance Configuration Change and Cyveillance Phishing Attack Response. In addition, Cyveillance further strengthened its Anti-Phishing Solution in June by incorporating behavioral analysis capabilities. This feature, allows Cyveillance to see how a website is encoded, to determine if a site visitor is susceptible to pop-up windows, URL obfuscation, encrypted content, client-side re-directs, or phishing-related text hidden in images. By combining these different methods, Cyveillance can identify and stop sophisticated phishing attacks that most other solutions are unable to detect.

With the continued momentum from its 2006 growth, Cyveillance is positioning itself for further internal and external expansion. For more information on the company, please visit www.cyveillance.com .
