Cyveillance Introduces Industry Leading Service Level Agreements Guaranteeing Unmatched
Reliability and Security

99.9% Uptime, 5 hour Phishing Site Take Down and 24 hours Response Time for Cyveillance Intelligence Center 3.0

ARLINGTON, Virginia, March 20, 2006 – Cyveillance, the leading provider of online risk monitoring and management solutions, today announced three industry leading Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for its Cyveillance Intelligence 3.0, released earlier this year, to provide unmatched security, reliability and performance for its Global 2000 customers. These unique SLAs are a part of Cyveillance’s dedication to its customers to provide unprecedented online risk protection against dynamic threats across the Internet.

"The majority of the attacks we are seeing today are frequently coming from foreign sources and occurring at strategic times when support staff is typically unavailable,” said Kelly Dowell, executive director of the Credit Union Information Security Professionals Association (CUISPA). “In a game where rapid response is critical for preventing losses it is refreshing to see Cyveillance extend service level agreements guaranteeing take down and elimination of these phishing attacks.”

The Cyveillance SLAs ensure a highly available environment in order to protect against sophisticated online threats, offer a unique assurance to its customers and are backed by financial guarantees. The agreements are standard with Cyveillance Intelligence Center 3.0 and include the following:

  • Cyveillance System Availability: The dynamic nature of online threats demands a highly available environment for proactively detecting and mitigating risks. This agreement ensures the Cyveillance Intelligence Center Portal is available free of outages or service degradation 99.9% of the time. This availability will ensure 100% relevant results are delivered in real time though a secure, permissions-based portal that allows security personnel to mitigate risks rapidly and efficiently.
  • Cyveillance Configuration Change: Online threats change and evolve at a rapid pace and the ability to quickly adapt and change detection criteria is critical to address and resolve these threats. The SLA guarantees all changes to clients' configurations are made within 24 hours of the client request to proactively protect against emerging threats.
  • Cyveillance Phishing Attack Response: According to the APWG, the average phishing site is live for five days, demonstrating that many companies are not using anti-phishing approaches that eliminate the risk as quickly or completely as possible. This SLA assures clients are receiving the industry’s fastest and most efficient phishing attack response service, within a maximum of five hours after detection and client authorization. It guarantees that a phishing site is completely removed from the Internet and mitigates the risk entirely for customers who have purchased the Cyveillance Anti-phishing module.

“New threats are emerging right at this moment and their impact to a business can be disastrous. Our SLAs reinforce our commitment to reliably deliver enterprise class services and offer peace of mind to our customers,” said Panos Anastassiadis, president and CEO of Cyveillance. “This level of service further demonstrates our dedication to our customers, guaranteeing that our services will continuously and comprehensively monitor the Internet for 100% relevant information 24X7 and take action to immediately eliminate threats.”

Each of these service level agreements is available immediately for Cyveillance Intelligence Center 3.0 customers.
