Cyveillance Appoints Patricia Boggs Vice President of Client Services
Industry Executive Brings over 20 years Technology Experience in Professional Services and Customer Care
ARLINGTON, Virginia, February 20, 2006 – Cyveillance, the leading provider of online risk monitoring and management solutions, today announced the appointment of Patricia Boggs to Vice President of Client Services. Boggs brings over 20 years of experience building and enhancing customer operations service for technology companies. In her role with Cyveillance, she will have global responsibility for the company’s service operations and customer care.

Prior to joining Cyveillance, Boggs served as Senior Vice President for Soft Link Solutions, a consulting organization providing full implementation services to the People Soft user community, where she played a key role in executing a restructuring of the company and implemented business procedures to ensure profitability. During her time with Digital Paper Corporation and Mercator Software, Boggs developed innovative strategies and implementation methodologies for streamlining product delivery, acceptance testing, and training programs increasing overall levels of customer satisfaction. Boggs also has served as an Assistant Professor of Management Science for John Carroll University and Wright State University in Ohio.
