Dave Papas

Dave Papas is responsible for expanding Cyveillance’s corporate presence as a leader in cyber security, continuing the innovative development of the company’s open source intelligence technology and large-scale data processing and multi-layer search capabilities as well as the overall direction of Cyveillance. Papas has over 17 years of experience in network and cyber security, business development, project management and technical engineering.
Before joining Cyveillance, Papas served as senior vice president of Cyber Programs for QinetiQ North America’s Mission Solutions Group, the parent company of Cyveillance. Prior to that position, Papas held key positions with General Dynamics and Secure Computing Corporation where he was instrumental in developing new business campaigns and overseeing product development and research initiatives. He also served as Information Operations Security Manager for the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command, where he was responsible for the creation, initial operational design, and operational standup and functionality of the first United States Army CERT World-Wide Operations.
Mr. Papas served as a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Army for 11 years and received his B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Southern Mississippi.
